The monitor responds to the power function and turns on, but nothing is displayed on the screen. The exact cause of the display fault is unknown, and the monitor cannot be used normally in its current condition.

Because of this fault, the monitor is unsuitable for normal use and is intended for parts, repair, refurbishment, or other technical use.
