The project though started small from our Asia based sales outlet for our leather Jacket manufacturing factory in 2009, now caters the sales of Leather Jackets to all the valued customers worldwide including UK, Europe, USA, Canada, New Zealand etc.
It was a family run business that eventually began to expand. We decided to branch out our garments productions under the trading name of Universal leather. It was then; we started to develop our website.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:
Our return and exchange policy is as simple as any other UK based company. If you would like to return one of our products feel free to do so within 28 days, the jacket must be sent in the dust cover it came with, without any damage to it or to the jacket itself.
Buyer is responsible for return postage, unless item delivered was damaged/faulty
Item must be returned in its unworn new condition with all the tags and original packaging. Please note it will be advisable to have proof of posting
All items must be returned by tracked and signed delivery, please make the return address out to our UK based warehouse. Once the item has been received and inspected we will issue a full refund within 1 working day. However, the refund amount may take up to 5 working days to be debited into your account due to bank processing time.
All cards transactions will be debited directly into the same cards/accounts used for the particular purchase. PayPal payments will be debited back through PayPal refund system.
