Includes green case as seen in pics. Both pen and pencil work.  Ribbed.  If it should have paperwork there isn't any. If it should have an emblem or something on top of the case on the lid, there isn't any.  There is possibly a spot for another pen. Or not. Either way, this is a two-piece set now.  A slim pencil and 10 set.  There is a Greek key design midsection. I am unsure about how many karats.
