In the glamor girl style head vase, this is a sculpture figurine. Possibly made in italy.  This piece has no issues except for a little paint off the yellow Rose at her neck but there may be minor chips on the applied flowers. . Heavily festooned hat boasting many applied roses.  There is crazy present.  Very heavy.  7.5x6.5.  bluish green hot and dress yellow and pink roses.
