Very cool lamp in a Japan exclusive Power Rangers toy! It has been tested and works great.

The battery department is clean. All features work, be aware that the voice gives you instructions in Japanese on rolling the wheel, one way or the other to have the lamp ready to “fire”. So if you pull the trigger and you’re hearing clicking rather than firing sounds, it’s because the voices instructions were not followed and try a few more times in different ways and it will “fire” fine - it’s supposed to be part of the charm of this toy for a Japanese audience originally.
