This is an incomplete 16-volume group from the 20-volume encyclopedia set, plus the matching 1962 Year Book – Events of 1961, for a total of 17 books.

Included encyclopedia volumes are:

2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20

Missing volumes: 1, 9, 11 and 13.

Attractive burgundy/red bindings with ornate gold decoration and lettering. These display very well together and would be suitable as a vintage reference collection, replacement volumes, library décor, bookshelf décor, or for someone working toward completing a set.

Vintage pre-owned condition with age-related wear. Covers and bindings show varying amounts of surface, edge and corner wear. Page edges have age toning/yellowing, discoloration, spotting and scattered marks/soiling. Interior pages may have additional age-related toning, marks and wear. Please examine the photos carefully as they are an important part of the condition description.
