Here's another beautiful Bertram Washington D.C Pot billiard, and I couldn't find a number on this one! Strange, because I don't think it was polished off. The stamping is good. The condition I received it in was fair, just needed a little sprucing up! I completely refinished it and soaked the stem in Lbepen solution. Then I sanded thru the grits and waxed it with carnuba. I applied a hard wax finish on the stummel. A great collection addition for anyone who enjoys American history. I'm donating 10% of this pipe sale to the American National Red Cross ❌️!
