Hulk and Janis are attacked by the Thunderbolts; Hulk is hurt during the fight, and breaks the wall of a dam to switch their attention onto saving citizen lives; At the end of the issue we see the Hulk falling on his knees, grabbing his chest.

This issue features the first appearance of the Thunderbolts.
