⚠️ Important Compatibility Note:
This 5-pack contains 2 × 252XL Black High Yield + 1 × 252XL Cyan + 1 × 252XL Magenta + 1 × 252XL Yellow — five cartridges in total, with two black cartridges because black ink is consumed fastest in everyday document printing. All five cartridges are high yield (XL) version. The 252XL is the high yield version of the 252 cartridge — both share the same physical slot and are fully interchangeable with the standard yield version.
This set covers the full WorkForce WF-3620, WF-3640, WF-7110, WF-7210, WF-7610, WF-7620, WF-7710 and WF-7720 range. Whether your printer currently uses the standard 252 or the 252XL high yield cartridge, this 252XL set installs into the same slot with no adapter or modification required.
Please note — this set does NOT fit the following similarly-named models: WF-3260, WF-2630, WF-3520, WF-7260, WF-7520, WF-2750, WF-7760, WF-7220, WF-3720, WF-3730. These models use a different cartridge family. Please double-check your printer's exact model number before ordering.
This 252XL is the North American version, not manufactured or distributed for other regional series. It is a NON-OEM replacement product, not manufactured by Epson.
🔴 Installation Notice:
• Open the cartridge access door on your inkjet printer.
• Remove the protective seal and tape from each new cartridge.
• Insert each cartridge into its corresponding color slot until it clicks into place.
• Close the cartridge access door; the printer will recognize the new cartridges automatically.
• If prompted, select "Yes" to confirm use of non-Epson cartridges.
🔧 Firmware Notice:
• Epson periodically releases firmware updates that may cause aftermarket cartridges to no longer be recognized. To continue using compatible cartridges, we recommend turning OFF automatic firmware updates on your printer before installation.
• Upon installation, your Epson printer may display "Non-Genuine Cartridge", "Cartridge Not Recognized" or similar prompts. This is completely normal for compatible 252XL cartridges — simply press OK / Continue / Accept to proceed and start printing.
• If a cartridge is not recognized, remove it and reinstall it firmly until it clicks. Do not touch the chip contacts on the cartridge.
• The ink level indicator may differ from genuine cartridges — this is expected with non-OEM chips and does not affect print quality.
Please verify your exact model is one of the WorkForce WF-3620 / WF-3640 / WF-7110 / WF-7210 / WF-7610 / WF-7620 / WF-7710 / WF-7720 series printers listed above before ordering.
