This item has been held in a storage for some time and may have become damp at some point in the past, as such the item, cardboard and or packaging may at times (but not always) smell musty and may have some staining in places. Any ferrous metal parts may have but not always become rusty and may require cleaning / oil / or freeing. The outer packaging may have some marks / fading / staining due to it age and where it has been in storage.

I have made every possible effort to detail, explain and show the current condition regarding the above item, including any damage which I can visibly see to the item or its box or packaging. I may have inadvertently made a mistake in the listing. If you feel that the item which you have received and or come to collect is not as I have described / or shown in photos of the listing. Please send me a message through eBay so I can help, before leaving negative or neutral feedback. If a buyer leaves negative or neutral feedback before messaging regarding an issue they have and not allowing me time to help rectify the issue for them, the buyer will be reported to the eBay customer service teams in the UK & USA. If eBay believes that the buyer has breached an agreed eBay policy or my seller contract with the buyer, or they have not given the seller an opportunity to rectify an issue for them when it has been offered, the buyer could have buyer / seller restrictions put on their eBay account and if deemed serious, they could have access to their eBay account removed.

Clear photos will be taken to include the item packing label this to fully document the exact condition of the item, before the item is securely packed up before posting or collected. Every item sold will be UV security marked before posting to a buyer; this is to help protect the buyer and the seller.

All items, if dispatched, will be fully insured while in the postal network to the buyer's registered eBay delivery address. I will always request a proof of posting from the postal carrier (Royal Mail / Evri / Parcelforce/ DHL) when posting an item.  If an item is lost while in the post to the buyer, I will need the postal carrier (I.E Royal Mail / Evri / DHL / Parcelforce) to perform a full investigation, this is to try and understand what happened to the parcel before I can refund the buyer for a lost parcel. This may take a few weeks, and will involve speaking to and searching the local Royal Mail / Evri / DHL / Parcelforce receiving distribution centre in the buyer's local area.

On the odd occasion an item may have been posted / sent to the buyer using the incorrect postage cost, this will have been due to the new eBay postage system for private sellers and something has going wrong with the way eBay has decided to update the postage on a particular listing, I have absolutely no control over this, but will agree to pay any extra postage cost to get the item delivered to the buyer.

The buyer should receive a note from Royal Mail / Evri / DHL / ParcelForce letting the buyer know that the item has the incorrect postal costs. Once the extra postage cost information is received, the buyer agrees to a message to me the seller detailing the extra postal cost, so it can be settled with the postal carrier. 

Unfortunately, due to the way the new eBay postage system is set up, I am no longer able to combine postage if a buyer purchases multiple items.  

If a buyer would like to purchase multiple items at the same time, please contact me via the eBay message system and I will try to find a workaround to try and combine postage cost. 

I will always try to pack and wrap items sold as best as I can, but because some of the items are very delicate, parts may come detached from the items in the post, this is unfortunate, but I can not be held responsible for Royal Mail handing of the items once they leave me. All buyers agree to let me know immediately if an item have not reached them in the condition it was sent. 

 

In summary: 

1. All buyers agree to read the full listing description wording and will review / study all photo's and view the video (If it has one) in the listing

2. All buyers agree and understand that some of the items listed may at times have a little rust on metal parts, as such may require cleaning / oil / freeing due to item storage conditions

3. All buyers agree and understand that on occasions the item's packaging (original or not) may some marks / stains due to storage conditions

4. All buyers agree to message me and allow me time to help to rectify any issue before leaving negative or neutral feedback

5. All buyers agree and understand that if an item is lost in transit after posting to a buyer, a full investigation will need to take place by the postal service / carrier before a full refund can be offered to that buyer for a lost item

6. All buyers agree to message with full details of any extra postage costs due for an item which has been posted to them. This will be because an item has not reached the buyer due to not enough postage being paid for that item, this will have only been caused because eBay automatically changing and or updated the postage details for an item and the item is now set up with an incorrect parcel size or weight without my knowledge.

7. All buyers agree and understand that I am no longer able to combine the postage costs for my listings as the postage is managed directly by eBay, I.E if a buyer purchase multiple items at the same time and would like a lower postage amount. 

8. If a buyer would like to purchase multiple items at the same time, they will contact me via the eBay messaging system and I will try to find a workaround, this is to try and combine postage cost for the buyer. 

This is a completely private listing / item from my family's personal items and possessions. I am only a living breathing man and not a company, commercial entity or a business seller.
