Vintage ESCI Tobruk – Africa Gate, Item No. 2007, large 1/72 scale World War II diorama and battle set.

Open box. The contents appear unassembled, with many of the model components still in their plastic bags as shown in the photographs.

This is one of ESCI's large vintage WWII battle/diorama sets depicting the fighting in North Africa at Tobruk.

The set includes a substantial assortment of British and German forces and equipment, including:

- British Eighth Army figures

- German Afrika Korps figures

- Matilda tank model

- Sd.Kfz. 250 German half-track

- Panzerjäger I

- Numerous vehicle and equipment sprues

- Diorama/battlefield components

- Decals and additional accessories

- Original ESCI Tobruk – Africa Gate box

The contents appear extensive and consistent with this set, but we have not individually counted or inventoried every small part or sprue against an original factory checklist. Please examine all photographs carefully for the exact contents. Everything shown is included.

The original box is in good vintage condition overall with normal shelf, edge and storage wear from age as pictured.

This is a hard-to-find vintage ESCI battle set with great original box artwork and a large assortment of 1/72 scale vehicles, soldiers and battlefield components.
