How to Add Pneumatic Oil

  • Remove its base.
  • Clamp the hex nut and carefully pull out the chassis.
  • Fill the small hole with pneumatic oil(not included).
  • It is best to inject pneumatic oil into the central circular hole through a conduit(not included).

 

How to Replace the Rivet Gun Claw Piece

  • Loosen counterclockwise.
  • Remove the guide nozzle.
  • Tighten clockwise.
  • Loosen the outer sleeve counterclockwise.
  • Clamp the sleeve with a wrench and loosen the claw sleeve counterclockwise.
  • Remove the claw piece and complete the replacement.

  • This product is not suitable for stainless steel rivets.
  • Please check compatibility before purchasing.
  • If you need to pull nails of different specifications, please remember to change the guide nozzle according to the size of the rivets, otherwise it is easy to get stuck. When a rivet is placed into the guide nozzle, there must be a certain gap. When it is pulled apart, the cutting section will deform and widen, so it cannot be placed just right, otherwise the nail will get stuck.
  • As the frequency of use increases, the spindle will wear out. Please be careful and replace it if necessary.
