Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. During peak periods, such as the run-up to Christmas, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Please be aware that Royal Mail now operates a revised delivery schedule for Second Class post. Deliveries are made on alternate days ? Monday, Wednesday, and Friday one week, then Tuesday and Thursday the following week.
We kindly ask that you place your order in good time and allow up to 10 working days for delivery, especially during busy periods.
Please note: eBay?s estimated delivery dates are automated and may not reflect actual postal service times. We recommend not relying solely on these estimates when placing your order.
Returns
Personalised items cannot be returned or replaced unless they arrive damaged or contain spelling mistakes made by us. Please check all personalisation details carefully before ordering.
Non-personalised products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
If your item is damaged, we will provide a prepaid postage label for the return.
For change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
