Shipping

Most of our products are handmade to order and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days via Royal Mail. UK delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days but please allow up to 7 business days to allow for postal delays.

Returns

Personalised items cannot be returned or replaced unless they arrive damaged or contain spelling mistakes made by us. Please check all personalisation details carefully before ordering.

Non-personalised products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
If your item is damaged, we will provide a prepaid postage label for the return.
For change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
