Authentic Chinese double-edged jian with finely executed and exceptional period craftsmanship. This piece dates to the late Qing dynasty 1840-1890, when for battle temple and presentation swords were made for combat.

Blade has a few spots of oxidation and many edge knicks. This one has some stories. Pommel a bit loose normal for age. Please see photos.
