Steinbach Rocking Chair Musical Box Smoking Woman / Rauchermann
In good working order, music plays and the cam slowly opens the panel underneath the chair which tips it forward then releases to create the rocking motion (see video above)

Looks never to have been smoked

Missing red steinbach tag and sticker on base

Musical box winds up and then you can push the rod into turn off

The little red ball of wool is not attached, it looks like it may have previously been glued but will sit quite happily
