This is an illustrated advertising brochure / booklet for "J. Loynes & Sons, Yacht & Motor Launch Owners & Builders" of Wroxham on the Norfolk Broads.  The brochure has details of a variety of sailing boats and motor launches which were available for hire for holidays on the Broads.  There are b/w photographic images of most of the boats, with line drawn deck and accommodation plans, a brief description of the vessel and details of the hiring fees.  The boats range from a Wherry Barge which came with a crew of two men, to small motor cruisers.  There is a fold-out map of the Broads area in the middle of the brochure.  There is also a table of distances, details of what the boats are equipped with and some general information.  The booklet measures 22.5cm x 13.8cm and has 24 pages plus covers.  A scarce item and a lovely addition to a collection.           

The brochure is in a good condition.   There is a light vertical crease down the centre of the item.  General edge, spine end and corner rubs, light creases at front corners and at top rear corner, tiny creases at corners, rubbing and light grubbiness along spine, rusting to staples with small brown marks, small tears at staples, some small, light horizontal creases and some light grubbiness at front and rear of spine, grey shadowing at front edge of front cover - lighter at top and bottom edges, some light grubbiness to rear cover, the odd other tiny mark to front and rear covers, centre pair of pages are detached, light bends and some tiny creases to page corners, tiny brown marks at staples internally, a little light grubbiness inside covers, the odd other very small and tiny mark internally, light bends at top of spine on pages, some bumps at edges.   Please check scans carefully as they help with the condition too.
