Rule 1 – Keep Hands Clear & Emergency Stop Protocol

During automatic operation, film feeding, sealing/cutting, or product discharge, both hands must always remain clear of the cutting and sealing areas. In the event of any film jam, tray jam, or position misalignment, you must FIRST press the emergency stop and bring the machine to a complete halt before using designated tools to clear the issue. Under no circumstances should you pull the film or adjust trays by hand while the machine is running.

Rule 2 – Proper Attire & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Operators must not wear loose-fitting clothing, scarves, ties, or jewelry while operating the machine. Long hair must be tied up and fully tucked into a work cap to prevent entanglement in rotating belts or chains. Cut-resistant gloves are recommended when handling or replacing blades/cutters. However, do not wear wet or damp gloves when operating the control panel.

The equipment features a simple and intuitive design, with a clear and easy-to-understand control panel. The roll film replacement process is very convenient and requires no special tools, allowing for quick disassembly and assembly, which effectively reduces downtime.

Wide Range of Applicable Products

The equipment is suitable not only for conventionally shaped products but also for long-strip fruits and vegetables (such as cucumbers, yams, and eggplants) as well as oval-shaped fruits and vegetables (such as mangoes, papayas, and potatoes). It is particularly applicable to bulk products with trays, enabling direct film wrapping around the surface of fruits and vegetables to meet diverse packaging needs.

Fast and Efficient Film Change

The film feeding system is well-designed, making the film change process simple and quick. Operators can complete the installation and threading of a new film roll within a short time, without the need for complex threading paths or additional adjustments. This feature effectively reduces machine idle time and improves overall packaging efficiency.

Parameter Setting and Automatic Operation

Operators simply need to correctly input and select the corresponding tray size parameters on the touchscreen according to the actual tray specifications being used. The equipment will then automatically adjust the packaging position and sealing/cutting actions to enter normal operation. The entire setup process is simple and intuitive, requiring no manual mechanical adjustments, which reduces operational difficulty and human error.

Stable and Efficient Packaging Speed

The equipment offers stable operating performance, with a packaging speed of up to 11 cycles per minute. This means it can complete 11 full packaging cycles per minute, meeting the packaging demands of medium-batch fresh produce while ensuring reliable packaging quality and consistent production efficiency.

The equipment features a compact overall structure and occupies minimal floor space, making it suitable for flexible placement in space-limited fresh produce handling areas or supermarket backrooms.

interface - current packaging specifications - select the packaging tray to be packaged and
click OK → execute the reset operation → put in the packaged product → click the
packaging button on the touch screen → packaging is complete → take away the product → put in Next packaged product → click the packaging button on the touch screen →
packaging is complete → take away the product →Put in the next packaged product→ click
the packaging button on the touch screen→ packaged→ take away the product→
(The packaged product needs to be placed in the center of the lifting bracket. After placing, hands and other foreign objects must not be inserted into the packaging
area of the equipment. The next packaged product can only be taken away and placed after
the packaged product is packaged.)
2. Automatically start the workflow:
