John Rocha for Debenhams. Lovely condition, worn a couple of times.    Size 12 but  will easily fit a size 14.  Wide neckline with ribbon and poppers to secure to bra straps.  Deep hem and cuffs. Stepped hem  with side vents.  Wide sleeves. Very dark navy blue colour back ground with grey / purple print.
