All stones are intact of the pave CZ. Princess cut CZ at the ball around the face and 4 baguettes on face. Possible onyx but most likely enamel. No way to test. No markings on this piece but is heavy and the quality of this piece is made look to be on the higher end of costume pieces but for sure vintage.
