Grading & authenticity
Graded and sealed by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) in a tamper-evident case.
The grade can be checked on psacard.com with the certification number on the label of the card you receive.
We only deal in genuine cards.
Every card is checked in our hands in Japan before it ships, and we record the certification number of the slab we send.
Important — photos and certification number
The photos show a
representative PSA 10 example of this card. The slab you receive is a
different copy with its own PSA certification number;
centering, PSA label design and case appearance may differ slightly from the photos.
The card, the version (as printed on the PSA label above) and the grade (PSA 10) are exactly as described.
Certification numbers are hidden in the photos, and a specific certification number cannot be requested.
Even PSA 10 slabs can show minor factory marks or light scratches on the case. This is normal under PSA standards and does not affect the grade.
Getting it to you
Leaves Japan within 10 business days of your payment clearing. Japanese public holidays are not business days.
Every order ships with a tracking number.
The PSA case is wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped between rigid boards to protect it from cracks and knocks in transit.
We can only ship to the address held on your eBay account, and we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping to the United States — duties are on us
Import duty is prepaid by us (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid) and collected at checkout as part of shipping, so nothing further is collected when the parcel reaches you.
Orders above USD 2,500 including shipping are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): duty may be collected by the carrier or customs on delivery.
Shipping outside the United States
Where eBay collects VAT, GST or import charges at checkout (for example in the EU, the UK and Australia), they are shown before you pay and are not charged again on delivery.
Any other duty or import tax is the buyer's responsibility. Your customs authority sets it and the amount differs by country. Please check before you buy.
If you are buying from the EU
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
Open Purchase History or Order Details, choose “Return item,” then “Withdrawal from Contract.” Return postage is on us and you are refunded in full.
If something is not right
60-day free returns — you can return the card within 60 days of delivery and return postage is on us. Message us first — most things are quicker to fix than to return.
Returns are accepted only with the same PSA slab we sent (matched by its certification number).
Filming yourself opening the parcel settles any question instantly.
