About these plugs

Bosch EVO plugs are built for today's turbocharged, gasoline direct-injection engines, which put extra stress on spark plugs. Bosch strengthened the insulator and housing so the plug holds up under irregular combustion and high cylinder pressure.

  • Stronger insulator: more resistant to irregular burns and severe knock (low-speed pre-ignition).
  • High dielectric strength: above 45 kV, so the spark does not track down the insulator.
  • Sturdier housing: resists bending during installation and seals tightly in the cylinder head.
  • Iridium firing pin: for a long service life.

Bosch pre-gaps these plugs. Check the gap against your engine's spec before installing; if it ever needs a small change, move only the ground electrode and never pry against the fine-wire tip.

Match your engine before you order

This set of 4 is for the 1.5L 4-cylinder engine (GM 1.5L turbo 4-cylinder; engine codes LYX, LFV) in the vehicles below. Many of them were also sold with other engines, which take different plugs. Not sure which engine you have? Send us your VIN.

  • 2018–2024 Chevrolet Equinox
  • 2016–2024 Chevrolet Malibu
  • 2018–2024 GMC Terrain

Purchase terms

Confirm fit before you buy

Check the compatibility chart with your full vehicle details: year, make, model, trim and engine. Catalog data can't cover every option package or mid-year change, so if you're unsure, message us your VIN and we'll check it before you buy.

Installation

We recommend installation by a qualified technician, following the vehicle manufacturer's service procedures and torque specifications. Damage caused by incorrect installation, such as over-tightening, cross-threading or incorrect adjustment, isn't covered.

Returns

Returned parts must be new, unused and uninstalled, in the original packaging with every piece included. A part that has been installed, modified or damaged after delivery can't be accepted unless it has a manufacturer defect.

If a part fails

Message us through eBay with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos. We'll handle the warranty claim and may ask for the part back for inspection.

Labor and other costs

Our responsibility is limited to replacing or refunding the part. To the extent the law allows, we don't cover labor, installation or removal, diagnosis, towing, rental vehicles, or incidental or consequential damages.

Your eBay protection

These terms apply alongside eBay's policies. Nothing here limits your rights under the eBay Money Back Guarantee or under the law.
