About this wire set

Spark plug wires carry the high voltage from the coil or distributor to each spark plug. With age the insulation cracks and the conductor breaks down, which can cause misfires, a rough idle, hard starting, lost power and poor fuel economy. A new set restores a strong, steady spark.

  • NGK: NGK is a leading maker of spark plugs and ignition parts and supplies many automakers. Its wire sets are built for each vehicle, with the correct lengths and boots.
  • Low resistance, low noise: a magnetic, variable-pitch wound core keeps resistance low while suppressing radio and electronic interference.
  • Heat-resistant jacket: the silicone or EPDM jacket and inner insulation stand up to engine-bay heat and hold high voltage.
  • Sealed boots, secure terminals: plug boots are sealed to the cable, and stainless steel terminals with crimped retention and locking spring clips stay tight on the plug.
  • Easy install: wires are marked by cylinder where possible.
  • Limited lifetime warranty from NGK (see the package for details).

Install tip: replace one wire at a time so the firing order stays correct. Route the wires the way the originals were routed, away from hot exhaust parts, and push each boot on until it clicks onto the plug.

Installation

We recommend installation by a qualified technician, following the vehicle manufacturer's service procedures and torque specifications. Damage caused by incorrect installation, such as over-tightening, cross-threading or incorrect adjustment, isn't covered.

Returns

Returned parts must be new, unused and uninstalled, in the original packaging with every piece included. A part that has been installed, modified or damaged after delivery can't be accepted unless it has a manufacturer defect.

If a part fails

Message us through eBay with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos. We'll handle the warranty claim and may ask for the part back for inspection.
