Store Policies

General Terms

• Payment is due within 11 calendar days of winning an item.
• Unpaid items will be automatically canceled and relisted on the marketplace.
• We allow a 7-day window to combine purchases into one invoice. Any items won after this period will require a separate invoice.
• Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing payment.
• Payments can be made through eBay only.
• Taxes may apply to purchases on eBay. When applicable, GST/HST/QST/PST is calculated, collected, and remitted by eBay at checkout under marketplace tax requirements. For more information, please visit eBay’s Tax Information page.

Shipping

• Shipping rates are calculated using eBay’s shipping calculator, based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Rates are displayed as Canada Post at checkout (used for cost calculation). Orders may ship with UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post, using an equivalent or faster service.
• All shipments include tracking through UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
• Shipping options cannot be substituted or changed.
• Orders are processed within 5 business days of payment (excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays).
• Orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery. This cannot be waived or changed.
• Certain items may be partially disassembled or have components packed separately for safe shipping. Please inspect all packaging carefully before discarding materials.
• Strings on guitars, violins, and other string instruments may be loosened prior to shipping to help prevent damage during transit. Buyers should expect to re-tune and perform basic setup upon arrival.
• Items marked “Local Pickup Only” cannot be shipped.
• International orders are fulfilled through eBay International Shipping for eligible destinations. Please see the International Shipping section below for details.
• Buyers using third-party freight forwarders or mail forwarding services may not be covered under eBay Money Back Guarantee for items that are lost, damaged, or not as described after delivery to the forwarding address.
• We do not accept prepaid labels or work with third-party carriers.

Combined Shipping

We are happy to combine orders to help you save on shipping.

• Combined shipping is available for up to 15 items per invoice.
• Eligible items must:

• Ship from the same location
• Be purchased within 7 days of each other
• Be unpaid at the time of request

• Combined shipping is calculated using the highest individual shipping rate as the base rate, with an additional surcharge applied for each extra item based on size, weight, and handling requirements. Final combined shipping costs may vary depending on the items being combined.
• Some items cannot be combined due to size, fragility, or cost (e.g., receivers, turntables, guitars, artwork, or other oversized/delicate items).
• Items in the Jewellery & Watches and Coins & Paper Money categories cannot be combined with other categories and are invoiced separately.
• We reserve the right to decline combining items if doing so would risk damage or be uneconomical.
• For safety, combined orders may ship in multiple boxes, though the combined shipping rate will still apply.
• Additional items cannot be added to an invoice once payment has been completed.
• Please note that once a combined shipping invoice has been issued, no further items can be added to that invoice, even if it remains unpaid. Any additional purchases will require a separate invoice.
• Please request a combined invoice (or send us a message) before making payment.
• We use eBay International Shipping to fulfill international orders to the U.S., Europe, U.K., and Australia. Combined shipping invoices cannot be issued for items shipped through this program. Depending on item size and eligibility, you may be able to combine items directly at checkout under eBay International Shipping guidelines. Please review shipping rates and eligibility before bidding or purchasing.

eBay Authenticity Guarantee

• eBay Authenticity Guarantee helps buyers shop for eligible luxury and collectible items with confidence. Eligible items are physically inspected by eBay’s authentication partner before being delivered to the buyer or returned to the seller. This inspection helps verify authenticity and confirms the item matches the listing description.
• Items eligible for eBay Authenticity Guarantee must be shipped to eBay’s authentication facility prior to delivery. Local pickup is not available for these items.
• Some purchases processed through Authenticity Guarantee may be considered final sale under eBay policies.
• eBay Money Back Guarantee may not cover final sale purchases on the basis that the item does not match the listing after successfully passing authentication.
• Coverage for final sale purchases may only apply in situations such as shipping damage or failure to honour the stated return policy.
• Please note that we do not accept returns.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)

• All items ship from Canada.
• U.S. orders may be subject to import charges (customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage).
• These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
