DONOR MACHINE DETAILS Make: Kohler Model: 15ROZ / 15ROZ01 Equipment Type: 15kW Diesel Generator Serial Number: 463574 Engine Make/Model: Yanmar 4TN84 Diesel Indicated Hours: 1000 CONDITION & MEASUREMENTS - Good used, structurally sound condition. - Overall cage diameter measures approximately 15.5 to 16 inches across (approx. 17 inches total span including the attached mounting bracket, as pictured). - Wire rings, mounting loops, and factory welds are solid and intact. - Shows normal cosmetic wear, light dirt, and minor surface oxidation typical of a used industrial generator component. - Please review all high-resolution photographs carefully to verify physical dimensions and bracket configuration against your specific unit prior to purchase.

Dispute Resolution (Arbitration & Small Claims): Any dispute arising from this sale shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the hearing to take place in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. However, either party may elect to resolve the dispute in the Magisterial District Court of Bucks County, PA, if the claim falls within the jurisdiction of that court (Small Claims).

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Entire Agreement: This listing constitutes the entire agreement. No outside conversations or oral representations shall modify these terms.
