About these plugs

DENSO Platinum TT plugs bring DENSO's Twin-Tip design to platinum: a fine 1.1 mm platinum center electrode and a titanium-enhanced, platinum-tipped ground electrode. Small tips on both sides take less energy away from the spark, for strong, steady ignition at a lower cost than iridium.

  • Twin-Tip design: a fine center tip and a fine ground tip, so the spark is not smothered between large electrodes.
  • 1.1 mm platinum center electrode: about half the size of a standard 2.0 mm nickel electrode, so it fires with less voltage.
  • Titanium-enhanced ground electrode: resists wear and holds its gap.
  • Long service life: platinum resists erosion far better than nickel.
  • Where they fit best: an upgrade for engines that came with nickel or single-platinum plugs.

The plugs come gapped at 1 mm (0.039 in). Check the gap your engine calls for before installing.

Electrode tip: Platinum TT Twin-Tip. This plug has a 1.1 mm platinum center electrode with a titanium-enhanced ground electrode, for faster flame growth and good fuel economy.

Installation

Returns

Returned parts must be new, unused and uninstalled, in the original packaging with every piece included. A part that has been installed, modified or damaged after delivery can't be accepted unless it has a manufacturer defect.

If a part fails

Message us through eBay with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos. We'll handle the warranty claim and may ask for the part back for inspection.
