About these plugs

NGK V-Power plugs are built for engines that came with nickel plugs from the factory. A V-cut center electrode concentrates the spark at its edge, for quicker starts and a smoother idle than a flat-tipped nickel plug.

  • V-cut center electrode: the notch in the nickel alloy center electrode focuses the spark for better ignitability.
  • 98% copper core: pulls heat away from the tip and gives the plug a wide working heat range.
  • Alumina silicate insulator: NGK's high-grade ceramic for strength and reliable insulation.
  • Cold-rolled threads and trivalent plating: resist cross-threading, corrosion and seizing, so the plugs go in and come out cleanly.
  • Where they fit best: vehicles that came with nickel plugs. Not meant to replace factory platinum or iridium plugs.

The plugs come gapped at 0.7 mm (0.028 in). Check the gap your engine calls for before installing.

Installation

We recommend installation by a qualified technician, following the vehicle manufacturer's service procedures and torque specifications. Damage caused by incorrect installation, such as over-tightening, cross-threading or incorrect adjustment, isn't covered.

Returns

Returned parts must be new, unused and uninstalled, in the original packaging with every piece included. A part that has been installed, modified or damaged after delivery can't be accepted unless it has a manufacturer defect.

If a part fails

Message us through eBay with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos. We'll handle the warranty claim and may ask for the part back for inspection.

Labor and other costs

Our responsibility is limited to replacing or refunding the part. To the extent the law allows, we don't cover labor, installation or removal, diagnosis, towing, rental vehicles, or incidental or consequential damages.
