The Gen1 2.0T TSI engine had a lot of problems with its intake manifold, and while an improved version of the intake manifold followed officially, it cost a few hundred dollars, so we came up with a better solution. Save time and money with this easy fix kit!

Features:
The cap is secured to the intake manifold via three evenly spaced set screws that engage the intake manifold webbing, preventing any disconnection of the cap and the subsequent lever arm from the drive linkage and intake manifold.
• 6061 Billet Aluminum — Manufactured from high quality CNC machined T-6061 billet aluminum.
• Anodized Finish — Anodized surface. Premium appearance, rust-proof and corrosion-resistant.
• Maintenance Upgrade — Used to repair common intake manifold runner airfoil linkage failures and can save a lot of time and maintenance costs.

Choose the THICK (.250") shim for early production manifolds, with no hump (OE# 06J133201G and 06J133201AS)
