About this kit

The clutch release system is the link between your pedal and the clutch, and it shapes how the car feels to drive: how easy the pedal is to press, and how smoothly you can feed in power. For that, the master cylinder, the slave cylinder and the line between them have to work together as one sealed hydraulic system.

This kit replaces both cylinders at once, so both halves of the system are new and matched.

  • Precision-made: each cylinder is machined to close tolerances, for a smooth, consistent pedal and a clutch that engages and releases cleanly every time.
  • Quality materials: durable housings and fluid-resistant seals, built to hold pressure through daily driving, heat and hard use.
  • OE-quality replacement: made to meet or exceed original-equipment specifications for fit, form and function, so it mounts where the original cylinders did.
  • Both cylinders, new: the master and slave wear at the same rate. Replacing them together saves doing the job twice when the older one starts to leak.
  • Signs it's time: a soft or sinking pedal, a pedal that stays on the floor, fluid on the firewall or under the bellhousing, grinding going into gear, or a clutch that doesn't fully release.

Installing: bench-bleed the master cylinder before you fit it, then bleed the system until the pedal is firm. Use the brake fluid your owner's manual calls for, and check pedal free play when you're done.

Installation

We recommend installation by a qualified technician, following the vehicle manufacturer's service procedures and torque specifications. Damage caused by incorrect installation, such as over-tightening, cross-threading or incorrect adjustment, isn't covered.

Returns

Returned parts must be new, unused and uninstalled, in the original packaging with every piece included. A part that has been installed, modified or damaged after delivery can't be accepted unless it has a manufacturer defect.

If a part fails

Message us through eBay with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos. We'll handle the warranty claim and may ask for the part back for inspection.
