Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, and return shipping is free. We cover the label on every return. Any reason means you can send it back; it does not mean a full refund on a part that comes back installed, altered, damaged or missing pieces. That is on you, and it is refunded less its loss in value, in the bands below.

  • A part that comes back as it went out is refunded in full within 2 business days of arriving back to us. No restocking fee, no deduction for shipping.
  • Start your return through your eBay order so the label and tracking are attached.
  • A part that does not fit the vehicle shown in the listing's fitment is covered by eBay Guaranteed Fit.
  • A return must be the part we shipped: every part is photographed from every angle and marked before it goes out, and inspected the day it comes back.
  • A part that comes back altered, installed, connected, damaged or missing pieces is not refunded in full. It is refunded less its loss in value, inside eBay's bands: 5 to 10% for light handling marks, 15 to 30% for a part that was fitted and removed, 35 to 50% for a part altered, damaged or incomplete.
  • A part that failed because it was installed wrong, or because whatever took out the old one was left in the car (metal from a failed compressor still in the A/C lines, say), is not a defective part and is not a warranty claim. We do not replace it, and we do not pay for the repair. Sent back inside the 30 days, it comes under the line above: refunded less its loss in value, never in full.
  • Labor, diagnostic, towing and installation costs are not covered.
  • Send it back in the condition received, in the original packaging when possible, with your order number inside.
Before you install it
  • Match the part number on it to the one coming off the car, and the year, make, model and trim, before anything is disconnected. Not sure? Ask us with the VIN before you buy; we check it for free.
  • Look it over the day it arrives, before it goes on the car. A problem is easiest to sort then, with photos. A part that comes back installed or damaged is refunded less its loss in value; the Returns section above gives the bands.
  • Have a qualified technician fit it, by the manufacturer's procedure and torque specifications, and keep the repair order: a claim on a part that failed after it went in is settled with it.

A part that fails because one of these was skipped, or because whatever took out the old one was left in the car, is not a defective part and is not a warranty claim: we do not replace it, and we do not pay for the repair. Sent back inside the 30 days, it comes under the Returns section's deduction bands, refunded less its loss in value, never in full.

What the 30 days covers

The 30 days is the warranty. A part that is wrong, not as described, or does not work when it arrives comes back inside the 30 days for the refund. It does not cover a part that was damaged after it arrived: wrong installation, wrong fluids, run without what it needs, or taken out by something else on the car. A part that failed from how it went in or how it was run is not a defective part. It is not replaced and no repair is paid for.

Part condition

Every part is inspected and photographed before listing and again before shipment. The photos are of the actual part. Read them and the full description before you buy.

Tested & inspected
Mechanical parts are checked and confirmed working before listing.
Not bench tested
Electrical parts, sensors and modules are not bench tested. If one does not work in your car, send it back inside the 30 days.

Residual fluids

Parts from running donor vehicles may hold a trace of oil or coolant. That is normal and not a defect.

Before you install it
