ENGINE HEALTH Pulls strong, steady vacuum at idle with no needle flutter, which is a great sign of a healthy engine. Mechanical fuel pump, so after sitting a while it takes a few extra cranks to fill the carb, then fires right up every time.
KNOWN ITEMS (being upfront) - Speedometer gauge is broken (needle broke inside the housing), so the speedometer and odometer don't work. Odometer reads 28,692 but TRUE MILEAGE UNKNOWN; previous owner estimated 130k+. New cable is already in, and a replacement odometer is included. - Not sure if the engine is numbers-matching - No windshield wiper arms; wiper motor untested - Power windows shouldn't be run all the way down or they can come off their track and stick - Driver-quality gray paint with some dings and scratches. Looks great at 10 feet, or a perfect blank canvas. - Interior complete, normal wear for its age - Parking brake cable not hooked up - Minor oil seep, a little smoke off the exhaust manifolds on first warm-up that burns off - Some old emissions hardware still in the engine bay, disconnected
