Sennheiser CX True Wireless Left Earbud Only  *Not Working* FAULTY NO SOUND

Faulty / For Parts or Repair: Pairings and Bluetooth connectivity function normally, and it registers in the Sennheiser Smart Control app. However, there is zero audio output from the speaker driver. Factory reset performed via the Smart Control app with no resolution (hardware audio fault).
