My Little Pony Store Shopping Guidelines & Shipping Policy

Hello! Welcome to our store! We hope you have a pleasant shopping experience.

Please read the following important notes carefully before placing an order:

1. All products in our store are 100% officially licensed My Little Pony collectible cards from Kayou.

2. We partner with brick-and-mortar card shops, and many collectors consign their personal collections to our store. We offer a comprehensive selection of products, including booster packs, full packs, unopened boxes, and limited-edition sets. Cards in blind packs are randomly selected, and we cannot guarantee that specific rare cards will be included.

3. My Little Pony cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold. If you’d like to see actual photos of the items before shipment, please note this in the order comments. We’ll provide high-resolution photos for your confirmation before shipping.

4. If you encounter issues such as non-delivery, card condition, damaged packaging, or other order-related problems, please do not immediately leave a negative review or open a dispute. Please contact customer service immediately; we will respond promptly and provide the best solution.

5. All cards are immediately placed in high-quality card sleeves and rigid card holders for protection upon arrival in our inventory. Due to our large inventory and wide variety of products, we are unable to inspect every single card individually. We guarantee that our products are free from human-caused damage or scratches. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for factory-related issues such as minor printing imperfections or slight color variations present at the time of manufacture.
