Shipping

We ship using DHL or FedEx.

Where more than one shipping option is available, you can choose at checkout between speed and cost:

• Express (DHL / FedEx) — the fastest way to receive your item. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Fully tracked.

• Economy — the lower-cost option. Delivery usually takes 8–12 business days after dispatch. Also fully tracked.

Available options and delivery times vary depending on the destination country, and the times above are typical rather than guaranteed. The estimated delivery date shown on the checkout screen is the official one, so please pick whichever option suits you better. If you need the item by a particular date, we recommend the express option.

If you require a specific carrier, please contact us before purchasing. We will check whether it is possible and do our best to accommodate your request.
A tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched.
Please buy with confidence.

We ship Monday through Friday. Our office is closed on weekends, so no shipments are made on those days.

Returns

Unconditional Return Policy

Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us.
We accept returns for any reason, with no explanation required, as long as you let us know within 30 days of receiving the item.

Please return the item with all of its accessories and in the same condition in which it was sent; if it arrives back damaged or incomplete, the refund is adjusted accordingly.

Please contact us before shipping an item back to us. Return shipping is at the seller expense.

For international buyers (outside the United States)

Please note:
Import duties, tariffs, and other import fees are not included in the item price or the shipping cost. Under eBay policy, these charges are the buyer's responsibility. If they are not paid by the due date, the item may be returned to us.
Before ordering, please check with your local customs office for any additional charges and their amounts.

For buyers in the United States

Orders up to USD 2,500 — import duties and tariffs are already included in the total you pay on eBay. Nothing further will be collected from you, and the carrier will not ask you for any payment on delivery.

Orders over USD 2,500 — the shipment is sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), so import duties are not included in the eBay total. The carrier will contact you regarding payment at the time of delivery. Please allow for this in advance.

For reference: as of July 24, 2026, imports of Japanese-made products into the United States are subject to a tariff of approximately 12.5%.

Please note

Regulations may change without notice. Please always confirm the latest information with your customs office or the carrier.
