This is a girls size 3T dress and shrug.  The brand is George.  The dress is sleeveless.  it is red with black velvet flowers on it.  There is a black ribbon with a bow in the center at the waist.  The skirt is lined with a layer of tulle on the lining. The dress buttons and ties in the back.  The shrug is black velvet.  It is long sleeved.  There is one button at the neck.  This outfit is in very good condition.  It is made of a polyester blend. The dress measures 23" long with a 23" waist and is 11" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  The shrug is 7" long and is 12" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  Very Pretty!
