Time / Dwell Time: 10 to 15 seconds for the initial press
Pressure: Medium to firm, even pressure (approximately 4–6 on a standard press or 55–70 psi)
Peel Type: Cold. Allow 3–5 seconds to cool slightly if warm peeling.
