This is a girls size 3T short sleeve dress. The brand is Cinderella.  The top is red velvet.  There is a red pleated waistband with a red flower on the left side. The skirt has a white skirt with a sheer overlay.  The overlay has embroidered red and white flowers with green leaves and green edging at the hem.  The skirt is lined with a layer of tulle on the lining.  The dress is in excellent condition.  It zips and ties in the back.  It is made of a polyester blend.  The dress measures 24 1/2" long with a  22" waist and is 10" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  Absolutely Beautiful!
