Higher quality sterling at .935, signed inside. The movement is unworking as far as I can tell. The crown simply moves the hands and does not wind. Unsure of what is needed to fix. The small metal pieces on the cloth band have a marking in the clasp for 1-20, assuming something fold filled skall karat like 10/12. Thre band has some stains, but is actually quite strong and unfrayed. Could definitely be worn as it is if you so chose. Band measures about up to 8 inches around and is adjustable with a moving buckle, so could also be smaller. Face measures about .75 inches across.
