The "Good":
Fully Functional Internals: The phone powers on, charges, and boots to the HyperOS setup screen without issues.

High Spec: This is the premium 12GB RAM model with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (3.0GHz), not the base 8GB version.

No Locks: Device is ready for setup.

The "Cosmetic":
Front: The screen is heavily shattered. While the display still lights up and shows the OS, touch responsiveness is inconsistent due to the glass damage.

Back: The rear glass is peeling and damaged.
Frame: Shows signs of wear consistent with a drop.

Summary:
Technically, the "computer" inside this phone works great. If you plug in a USB-C mouse/keyboard or replace the screen, you have a flagship-speed device.
