WELCOME TO HUMBOLDT COUNTY — WHERE THE HARVEST TURNS DEADLY!
What begins as an opportunity for three young women from Los Angeles to earn money working at a remote Northern California cannabis farm quickly transforms into a terrifying nightmare.
Deep in the forests of Humboldt County, isolation, dark secrets, witchcraft, and sinister rituals threaten to turn their summer adventure into a desperate fight for survival.
Inspired by chilling stories and mysteries associated with Northern California's remote wilderness, Trim Season blends supernatural horror, suspense, and psychological terror into a haunting story.
2021 NEW YORK COMIC CON ASHCAN EDITION
Released as an NYCC 2021 ashcan preview, this special Scout Comics edition introduced collectors to the world of Trim Season before the property's later film adaptation.
Key Collector Comics identifies this ashcan as a limited printing of 1,000 copies, making it an interesting convention collectible for enthusiasts of independent horror publications and smaller-print-run comic books.
The Trim Season property was subsequently adapted into a feature-length horror film, providing an additional connection for collectors of comics associated with film and entertainment properties.
