POSTAGE/SHIPPING AND PACKAGING POLICY:
Shipping & Handling Fee requested items or Free Shipment offer Items sign-for (Registered/Recorded Mail/Normal airmail without tracking number). We use signed for delivery service with a tracking reference. We will endure to ship the item as soon as possible but please be aware of delays caused by factors beyond our control. Please ensure that you are available to sign for the delivery.
-All products are sent using tracked delivery service within 48 hours of purchase. You must be available at the address to receive the delivery.
-All payments must be completed within 5 days of purchase.
-Postage to Ireland, Channel Islands and some parts of Scotland will be additional charge so please ask before purchase, no exemptions !!!

International delivery price is set and handled entirely by eBay through their Global Shipping Programme.
Under this system, sellers only ship the item to a local UK shipping centre. From there, eBay calculates and manages the final international delivery to your delivery address. We have no control over—or even visibility of—the exact postage rates eBay quotes.

-Please be aware that our quoted shipping prices are for freight transport only, and will not include any further charges for your import which may include ISF filing, destination clearance, import duties and taxes. Therefore please contact us so we can discuss what other costs you may incur with shipment such as import VAT and customs duties. In some cases, we may need to apply for export licenses which can take some time; we can advise on time-scales.
-It is always best to contact us for a quote/timescale prior to ordering, as in some cases we may be able to offer reduced postage costs and/or other options.
-ADDITIONAL CHARGES (if any): Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.
-Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
-You are also welcome to arrange your own courier subject to regulatory and import documentation requirements.
Pictures Policy
Our product images are for illustrative purposes only and therefore may differ from the actual product packaging. In the case of our listing where we have indicated that the colour of the item may be different from the colour represented in the listing pictures, please be assured that the quality will not be compromised and that the product will be identical to the picture illustrated in the listed picture in every detail apart from the colour. RETURNS POLICY

-You must include the original invoice
-The buyer PAYS FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE.
Please remember that the product is your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns by a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a dispatch certificate or document and a signed proof of delivery. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and keep it safe until you have received your refund from us.
Items need to be returned in same condition as it was received. Please contact us directly to confirm return delivery prior to dispatch and then to confirm the receipt by us. Please note that cosmetics that are applied directly to the body are excluded from our returns policy, including lipsticks, nail products, facial cosmetics and eye products.
RETURNS ON BATTERIES AND OTHER DISPOSABLE PRODUCTS:
Due to the nature of lithium-ion batteries, once they leave a controlled environment, they are classified as potentially sensitive goods. For safety reasons and to guarantee the integrity of the cell capacity for our customers, we are unable to verify if a battery has been safely handled, stored, or partially discharged once it has been delivered. Because of these strict quality control and safety standards, we cannot restock or resell them, and our eBay listing for this item was set to a "No Returns" policy for this reason.
WARRANTY:
We are resellers and we do not offer personal warranty for products sold brand new. Warranties are offered by the manufacturers of the product. All our products come with a standard 1 year warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise specified on the product page. Warranty card provided by the manufacturer must be used to avail warranty.
After 14 days of purchase if your item has developed any fault that is not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, neglect, misuse, normal wear & tear and it is still within the warranty period covered by the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer using the warranty card enclosed with the product.
Should you require assistance, you can message us and we can guide you through the process.We do not offer replacements.

-Items will be carefully packaged and sealed under security video recording (CCTV) with a clear view of the serial numbers of the products and EVRI.COM / Royal Mail tracking ID references.
-We also record the weight of each product prior to packing and after packing in kilograms and grams.
-Items sent via tracked & signed for Evri.com and Royal Mail Special Delivery service only. The buyer must be available to sign for the delivery.
-We have had numerous attempts of non-receipt claims and chargebacks. We will only ship the item to your confirmed PayPal address at your risk.
