Lacanche Classic 100 cm twin-internal-motor extractor, stamped Fornair. Fornair built these hoods for Lacanche for many years. Later units are stamped Lacanche. Same Classic canopy, same twin-motor layout.
This one is fully stripped and rebuilt before sale. The stainless is refinished so the canopy looks like new. Every component is taken apart, checked, and anything worn is replaced as we go. It is sold with a 1 year warranty.
It is the twin-motor Classic, not the single-motor or Economy hood. A new twin-motor 100 cm Classic is £2,580 inc. VAT from Lacanche stockists. Chimney sections are not included. They were always a separate part.
