Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched within 1 working day by Royal Mail or Evri. Very occasionally it takes 2. We do send parcels on Saturday where we can, but with fewer staff in we cannot promise every Saturday order goes out that day. Sunday we are closed and so are Royal Mail and Evri, so Sunday orders, and any Saturday orders we could not get out, are dispatched on Monday.

Knash make the same style of chew in smaller sizes for smaller dogs, so please buy the one that matches your dog – a chew sized for a 25kg dog is not suitable for a small one and is a choking risk. This treat contains peanut and coconut, which is worth knowing both for your dog and if anyone in the house handles the chews. This is a dog treat and is not for human consumption. It is a complementary pet food, a treat to be given alongside your dog's normal diet rather than instead of a meal.
