Condition:

• Item has been pulled out of a working environment, cleaned, reset and unlocked. BE AWARE, there is some signs of usage, with some small scratches, but this is purely cosmetic. No chargers or accessories are included. We haven't tested camera, microphone or speakers but have all come from a place of work due to recent upgrades. 

If an item is faulty within warranty period

If anything you have bought develops a fault within the warranty period, the first step is to contact us through email with details of the problem. We may be able to solve it straightaway; if not, we will advise you further.

If you return the item and it is diagnosed as faulty by our technicians, you can request a refund, replacement, or repair within 3-5 working days, as long as the item is in stock at our warehouse. If no fault is found, we will return the item to you, and you will need to cover the return postage.

If the goods are faulty within 30 days, we offer a full refund on the condition that the item is returned in its original condition. Refunds may take a few days to process if you paid by card.
