Description:
Please note that this is a third-party lens hood, not an original one. If this is a concern, please do not purchase it. Thank you.
Metal Lens Hoods for Hasselblad SWC 38/4.5 and C 50/4(Silver/Black)
These two domestically manufactured metal lens hoods are designed for Hasselblad SWC 38/4.5 and C 50/4 lenses, featuring a Series 8 thread mount. Each model is available in silver or black finish and comes with a matching metal lens hood cap.
They are compatible with Hasselblad SWC/M Biogon 38/4.5, silver C 50/4, as well as C 50/4 T* and 60/3.5 lenses.
Precision-crafted from aluminum alloy with superb workmanship, the hoods are faithful replicas of the original factory design. The interior adopts threaded light baffling paired with high-grade matte black anti-reflective coating for effective stray light suppression.
A standard 67mm thread is built into the hood’s inner bore, allowing you to use widely available and budget-friendly 67mm filters — original Series VIII filters, by contrast, are hard to source and expensive. The front end of the hood has an 86mm inner thread, which can theoretically accommodate 86mm filters or lens caps.
A precision-machined aluminum alloy hood cap is included for convenient daily use.
With this lens hood fitted, the camera can rest steadily on a flat desktop, eliminating the issue of tipping forward caused by a top-heavy weight balance.
Note: only lens hood with cap, lens and others are not included.
Package included:
1x lens hood
1x cap
Camera lens and others are not included
