An original World War Two related letter written by Ronnie Appel who was in the 106th Naval Construction Battalion. It is dated 1945.  In one area he says,....Lately I've been quite busy working on souvenirs. I'm making some rings & bracelets out of parts from a Zero....It's from the tubing used in raising & lowering the flaps of the plane's tail...........    The cover has the send to address of Pelham New York.

I currently have other items listed that belonged to this individual.
