Beautiful vintage circa 1980s Limoges France porcelain trinket box, decorated by hand with delicate pink roses, green leaves and pink ribbon swags on a creamy white porcelain ground.

The round box features an ornate metal hinged mount with a decorative floral clasp. Inside is a small hand-painted pink flower.

The underside is signed “Peint main Limoges France” with an artist/decorator monogram. Peint main denotes that the decoration was hand painted.

Complete with its original-style green Porcelaine de Limoges presentation box and packing material.

A lovely example of vintage French Limoges porcelain and an attractive addition to a collection of miniature boxes, French porcelain or floral decorative ware.

Condition: Very good vintage condition overall. No obvious chips or cracks visible in the photographs. The metal fittings have some age-related patination/tarnishing. The presentation box shows some storage and edge wear. Please see photographs for full condition.
