Questions are welcome.

Background:  I found this in a batch with about 30 patches, which start in the Philippines, move through Hawaii and California, and end in the upper Midwest.  All dated items are from the mid-1950's.  Also soon to be auctioned are ephemera, badge certificates from the Philippines, Star Scout document and a few other cards/documents from the Scout who put together these items.  I'll try to list 3 or 4 a day until I get to the end.
