YY Vertical Clip-On Belay Glasses - For Prescription Glasses

Belay glasses for people who already wear glasses. The YY Vertical Clip-On Belay Glasses clip straight onto your prescription glasses or sunglasses, so spectacle wearers get the same neck-saving view of their climber as everyone else at the crag or the wall. A universal clip fits most frames without tools and carries a pair of trapezoidal BK7 glass prisms that bend your line of sight upwards, so you can watch your partner with your head level. Flip the prisms up or down in one motion to switch between belaying and normal vision, and soft silicone tips on the clamps keep your own frames free of scratches. Choose these over standalone belay glasses if you cannot belay safely without your prescription lenses. Why you'll love it Works with your own glasses – clips onto prescription glasses or sunglasses Clear, wide view – trapezoidal BK7 glass prisms redirect your view upward Quick to switch – prisms flip up and down in one motion Kind to your frames – silicone-tipped clamps protect your eyewear No tools needed – universal clip fits most frames Who it's for Any climber who belays in prescription glasses or sunglasses, from first-time belayers to experienced climbers doing long stints at the bottom of a route.
