Sending payment first does not guarantee the service can be performed. If you buy without confirming first, your order may be cancelled and refunded. Please message me with:

• ECU part number / Bosch / Siemens / Delphi / Denso ID (if known)

• Your location (for local service) or confirmation you want the mail-in option

🚗 WHAT I OFFER

I use AutoTuner professional ECU tuning software to perform:

• ECU remapping / Stage 1 tuning (performance & economy)

• DPF / EGR / AdBlue solutions (where legally permitted – off-road / motorsport use only)

• DTC / fault code removal (where applicable)

• ECU reading, writing & cloning (supported ECUs)

• VIN / immo-related ECU programming (supported ECUs – ask first)

All work is done with professional, licensed tuning software – not generic clone tools.

📦 OPTION 1 – MAIL-IN ECU SERVICE (You send me your ECU)

How it works:

1. Message me first with your vehicle & ECU details to confirm the service is possible.

2. Once confirmed, purchase this listing.

3. I will send you my shipping address and a short instruction sheet (packing & removal tips).

4. You remove and send your ECU to me (well packed, tracked shipping recommended).

5. I read, modify and write your ECU on the bench.

6. I ship the ECU back to you (tracked), usually within 24–48 hours of receipt (working days).

Conditions:

• Buyer pays all shipping costs both ways (unless agreed otherwise in messages).

• ECU must be complete, undamaged and dry – no water damage, no burnt tracks, no previous bad tuning attempts.

• I am not responsible for ECUs that are already faulty, bricked, or opened/sealed incorrectly by a third party.

• Insurance / tracked shipping is strongly recommended – I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit.

• Turnaround time starts when the ECU physically arrives, not when you post it.

• If, after inspection, the ECU cannot be tuned, I will refund the service fee (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Please include in the parcel:

• Your name, eBay username, return address

• Vehicle details and any specific requirements (Stage 1, DPF off, etc.)

📍 OPTION 2 – LOCAL / MOBILE SERVICE (I come to you – within my area)

If you are local to me, I can come to you and program your car on-site via OBD (no ECU removal needed for supported vehicles).

How it works:

1. Message me first with your vehicle details and your location to confirm I can reach you and that your car is supported.

2. Once confirmed, purchase this listing.

3. We arrange a time and place (home, workplace, car park – must be safe & legal).

4. I read and write your ECU via OBD on-site.

5. Test drive / verification included where possible.

Conditions:

• Local area only – please message me first to confirm I cover your location.

• Vehicle must be drivable, road-legal and have a healthy battery (a charger may be required – I can advise).

• Any diagnostic fault codes should be disclosed before the appointment.

• Off-road / motorsport use only for emissions-related modifications.

• Payment in full before the tuning file is written.

❓ WHY CONFIRM BEFORE BUYING?

AutoTuner supports a large but not unlimited list of ECUs, and support changes with updates. Some ECUs require:

• Bench / Boot mode (ECU must be opened)

• A paid unlock / mail-in unlock from the software manufacturer

• Specific adapters or a different tool entirely

Because of this, I cannot guarantee every car or ECU can be done. Confirming first saves you time, money and a cancelled order.

1. Make / model / year

2. Engine code & fuel type

3. ECU make & part number (photo of the label is ideal)

4. Read method available (OBD / Bench / Boot) if you know it

5. Your location (for local) or confirmation of mail-in

6. What you want done (Stage 1, DPF/EGR, fault codes, etc.)

I usually reply within 24 hours.

• Tuning may affect warranty, insurance and MOT/inspection results. Buyer accepts full responsibility.

• I reserve the right to refuse any job that is illegal, unsafe or outside my tool's capabilities.

• No refunds once a file has been written to the ECU, unless the ECU is proven undamaged by the process.
